Brand new A Frame with balcony overlooking Grand Lake. Located on a serene 115 acres on Paradise Bluffs. Take a short trail to the rocky waters edge, explore trails on the acreage (bring your ATV or walk them), watch the Eagles fly, congregate around the fire pit, play a game of horse shoes, hire a fishing guide (best area for fishing!!), hit the nearby casino’s, enjoy the amazing sunsets and relax in our little slice of heaven.

A spacious A Frame with a large bathroom. Walk-in tiled shower, washer and dryer, full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, dining fir 4 with picture window overlooking the lake, sleeping loft with queen bed and sofa converts to a California king size bed. Balcony “in the trees”. Fire pit. Trail to the water. (No beach or dock) 115 acres to explore! We provide Primo drinking water and a variety of coffee pods.

The sleeping loft does require climbing (about 5 steps) of a "ladder" of a staircase.
This cabin sits on a quiet bluff. It is waterfront. However, there is no beach or dock. There is a short trail that takes you to the waters edge where you can sit or fish. This is a rocky area.

It’s stocked with about everything you could need and set up so conveniently. The bed was super comfortable and everything worked as expected. Outdoor deck is spacious and softly lit at night. As well as propane grill worked perfect. Most amazing sunset views and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend and we will be returning! If you love lake life this is a great place for you!
