Lucky for you, perfect days are easy to come by in Rosemary Beach, Florida.
Our penthouse condo is located right in the heart of Rosemary Beach. No hustle and bustle - just private beaches, private pools, fabulous shops, good coffee, great reads, and amazing eats all at your fingertips!
When asked to describe your favorite day, we might all envision something different.
There are so many things you can do in Rosemary Beach that create the perfect formula for an amazing day.
But if you’ve never been, where do you start? We are here to help!
The condo sits to the right of the famous Rosemary Beach Post Office, right in the heart of the town. In the morning you can make your way down our private elevator that leads you to the door that opens up to one of our favorite coffee shops, Third Cup, and grab yourself a cup of coffee or a yummy smoothie!
After we grab our coffee, we love to go on our morning walk through the Rosemary boardwalks. The boardwalks are 2.1 miles long with trees that canopy to keep you shaded while you walk all throughout Rosemary, surrounded by beautiful greenery and stunning real estate.
After we finish our walk and coffee, breakfast is calling! There are so many great breakfast spots in Rosemary, but we like to grab and go so we can get our swimsuits on and head to the beach! Our favorite grab-and-go breakfast stop is Charlie's Cafe.
The cutest book store is right across from Charlies - you can walk over there, grab your beach read, and take the short walk back to the condo to get ready for the beach!
When you rent the penthouse condo, you get a full-access owner’s pass that will get you into any boardwalk beach entrance, access to any owner’s pool, along with complimentary beach chairs, a wagon, and a Yeti cooler that you can take with you to the beach! There is a boardwalk entrance right by the condo, and you have access to four fabulous pools-one of which is less than 100 feet from the condo!
We like to pack our beach cooler for a full day of relaxing. If you don’t feel like packing your cooler, you can stop at CK’s Feed & Supply to pick up beach food and beverages. Head down to the boardwalk near the condo and spend your day oceanfront!
Our patio overlooks a strip of the best restaurants in Rosemary. You can put your name in on the way up from the beach, change and get ready, then head to dinner! Our personal favorites are Pescado (connected to the condo) and La Crema. The condo location makes it easy to do it all without stress.
You can head back to the condo and play some board games, or if you’re feeling in the mood for nightlife, our favorite is The SoWal House! It offers a fabulous bar, live entertainment, and karaoke if you catch them on a Thursday night.
Sunday’s at the condo might be our favorite. Located directly to the right of the condo door, is the Rosemary Chapel where they host a non-denominational service every Sunday. Grab your coffee from Third Cup, and head to service! The Sunday Rosemary Beach Farmers Market sits directly across from the condo and consists of Florida’s finest farmers and fresh fish. We love to go after church and grab what we are going to cook for dinner that night, or find some fresh fruit to take to the beach that day!
